Financial / Management Controller Italian speaking (ERP & BI Reporting)

Location: London – Hybrid

Salary: £60K-75K + benefits and hybrid work

We are supporting an international business in the search for a Financial Controller with strong experience in management controlling, ERP systems and business reporting.

The role will focus on financial controlling activities, ERP-related reporting processes and the development of interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar BI platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys working with data, reporting and process improvement within an international environment. Our client is an international industrial group with operations across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Controlling

• Prepare and monitor:
  • budgets,
  • forecasts,
  • monthly reporting,
  • and variance analysis.
• Support the development and maintenance of the management control framework, including:
  • cost centres,
  • project reporting,
  • and profitability analysis.
• Produce management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitor and analyse operational and financial KPIs.

ERP & Reporting

• Support ERP reporting processes and management accounting structures.
• Work closely with Finance and operational teams to improve reporting quality and data consistency.
• Support ERP-related process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
• Ensure consistency between management reporting and accounting data.

BI Dashboards & Data Analysis

• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric or equivalent BI platforms.
• Design data models, KPI frameworks and reporting visualisations.
• Support data extraction and reporting automation between ERP and BI systems.
• Improve reporting tools and dashboards in line with business requirements.

Experience

• 4–6 years’ experience within Financial Controlling, Management Accounting or FP&A roles.
• Strong experience with ERP systems and management reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Previous experience within international or industrial environments would be beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:
  • management accounting,
  • budgeting and forecasting,
  • variance analysis,
  • and KPI reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365,
  • SAP,
  • Oracle,
  • or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong Power BI / Microsoft Fabric reporting skills.

• Fluent English and Italian required.
• Visa required.
