Job Title: Semi-Senior Accountant Italian speaking
Location: London, hybrid

Our client, a well-established boutique family office, is looking to recruit a Semi-Senior Client Accountant Italian speaking to join their growing London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or early-career professional to develop their skills within a supportive and collaborative environment, working with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to international businesses and private individuals.
You will support senior team members and partners in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services, while gradually taking ownership of your own client work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, supporting senior accountants and partners
- Prepare year-end financial statements for a range of clients
- Assist with Corporation Tax returns (CT600) and Personal Tax returns
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts
- Support audit assignments and fieldwork where required
- Liaise with clients to gather information and respond to queries
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines
- Stay up to date with accounting standards and tax regulations
Skills & Experience
- Experience within an accountancy practice or consultancy environment is essential
- Part-qualified (ACCA/ACA or equivalent) or actively studying
- European language skills (particularly Italian) are desirable but not essential
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage 50, Sage Cloud, Xero, QuickBooks, or VT
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
- Team player with a collaborative approach
