Junior Analyst – Italian speaking

Junior Analyst – Advisory / Strategic Consulting / M&A (UK)

Full-time / London-based.

Salary: £38,000 – £48,000 depending on experience + discretionary bonus.

Main Responsibilities

• Support senior team members on strategic and financial advisory projects

• Analyse financial and market data

• Prepare client-facing materials (pitchbooks, presentations, information memoranda)

• Contribute to company valuations and M&A analysis

• Support due diligence activities

• Conduct sector, competitor, and market trend research

Main Tasks

• Build and update financial models in Excel

• Analyse financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)

• Calculate and monitor financial and operational KPIs

• Support valuation work (DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables)

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for client meetings

• Collect, organise, and maintain data rooms

• Conduct market research (desk research, databases, industry reports)

• Assist in drafting Information Memoranda and Investment Teasers

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Excel (basic to intermediate financial modelling)

• Understanding of accounting and corporate finance

• Knowledge of valuation methodologies

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Advanced PowerPoint skills

• Fluent in Italian and English

• Strong attention to detail

• Problem-solving mindset

• Excellent time management with ability to meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Team-oriented approach
