I would like to bring a couple of headline items to your attention.
Around forty years old, after a degree in Economics (University of Pavia and Copenhagen Business School) and MBA at Phoenix University, over fifteen years of experience in Marketing & Sales of major Corporations in product and service companies (Bates, Bridgestone, FedEx Express, Nexen Tire) built up a solid international background successfully expressed in a systemic approach and increase in sales.
My constant focus on resources optimization, through the creation, guide and motivation of harmonious thanks to skills such as communication, project management, problem solving, analytics and political sensitivity has resulted in business synergy, Customer Experience, profit, and market share.
In Interactive Advertising, for instance, I Manage 30 Account Executive network to sell dermocosmetics Evenswiss across Northern Italy.
In FedEx I succeeded in creating harmonious and target-oriented teams to drive the country strategy according to Brussels HQ’ guidelines and allowing the company development through the implementation of new FedEx flights and stations: Tangerine project (2004), Encore project (2011).
Then, in Nexen Tire, working as Marketing and Sales Manager, thanks to a joint action with other department, in 2012 I increased sales by 2%, although the tire market dropped by 25%. In 2013, Nexen Tire Italia reached the 1 million of tires, growing by 20% in a market just slightly recovering.
