We are seeking an experienced HoReCa Sales Manager with strong, established relationships within the London hotel sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling food or hospitality-related products into 4-star and 5-star hotels, hotel groups, and independent boutique hotels. This role is focused on driving new business, developing long-term partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Our client is one of the biggest food players on the market so this is a great opportunity for someone that is passionate about food and has some past experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within London hotels, including luxury hotels, boutique hotels, and hotel groups.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key hotel accounts, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to hotel F&B managers, executive chefs, purchasing teams, and general managers.
- Promote the company’s food product range, ensuring strong product knowledge and category expertise.
Relationship Management
- Build deep and lasting relationships with decision-makers in the hotel sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all hotel clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, ordering, and service.
- Understand client needs, upcoming menu changes, and seasonal trends to propose relevant solutions.
Sales Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute a targeted sales plan specifically for the hotel market in London.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, GP margins, and growth KPIs.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the hotel foodservice sector.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Product Expertise & Support
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations, tasting sessions, and presentations for hotel F&B teams
- Give internal feedback on product development based on hotel market demands.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in HoReCa, foodservice, hospitality sales, or FMCG sales.
- Existing network within London hotels (essential).
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, purchasing processes, and F&B structures.
- Proven ability to win new business and manage key accounts in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a territory independently.
