Job Title: Senior Event Planner / PR Manager
Location: Central London – hybrid
Salary package: competitive package + bonus and extra hours paid.
40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM with an hour lunch break. Extra working hours paid at a rate of £21.63 p/h.
For any events taking place on Saturday and Sunday, you are entitled to a flat fee of £200.
You will also be entitled to a commission for each client introduced to the company as well as a discretionary annual bonus based on the turnover generated by you.
28 days of holidays, including BH.
Our client is a multi awarded wedding event planner willing to expand in the UK. Their expertise and knowledge of the luxury world has been recognised on numerous occasions, ranking their expertise in the top 10 best wedding event planner in Italy.

Please note we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and with an excellent knowledge of the UK territory (this is a must!).
You will be the first resource to join the UK branch and you will closely work with the Director of the company, a successful woman. The plan is to expand the UK business and team within the first 12 months so this is a great opportunity to grow within the company.
Experience in the luxury event world is compulsory. Our client is also interested in people with experience in Gala Dinner, Private Parties, Corporate Events, Brand Events as well as Weddings.
Your main location will be London, however there will be events held in the UK as well as destination events abroad so you must be able to travel for site inspections and execution of events.
You will be responsible for successfully planning and executing events in London and in the UK (sometimes abroad too), including but not limited: destination & site search, event budget development & maintenance, contract negotiation, registration management, event operations planning and on-site execution, survey creation, final bill reconciliation and reporting on final numbers and deliver accurate forecasting. You will be in charge of looking for ways to meet individual client needs and to exceed guest expectation; you will liaise with HNWI.
Requirements
- Solid experience in luxury events – a MUST.
- Experience in Weddings – a must
- Experience in Corporate, Gala Dinner, Private Parties, Corporate Events, Brand Events desirable
- Solid knowledge of the UK territory, in particular London
- A good communicator with an enterpreneur mindset
- Have a keen eye for detail and an analytical mind
- Event budget development
- Able to work independently
- Ability to travel in the UK and abroad. As part of your job, you are expected to travel for site inspections and destination events
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
