Job Title: Junior IT Analyst
Location: The City of London – hybrid, 3 days from office and 2 from home
Salary: £26.000-£29.000 depending on experience.

Permanent contract; Full-time. Some global travel and out of hours work may be required.
The Helpdesk covers 08:00-18:00, 3 days a week in the office on either 8-4 or 10-6, with 2 days working from home, which operates on a rota shift.

Overview of role
The Junior IT Analyst will add expertise to our IT Services
team, while supporting the Head of IT, the Infrastructure Manager and the IT Helpdesk Lead with implementing infrastructure solutions that meet IT service and strategic objectives.
- Provide IT support for the office
- Provide IT Facilities support for all of the London office, includes;-Asset tagging and inventory management
– Monitor and dock setup/moves at users desks
– Build room responsibility
– AC and power maintenance
– Delivery management
– Access control and physical security
– Meeting room setup (partitions/equipment etc.)
– Staff/Reception TV management
– Room booking system
– Vendor visit management
– Printer supplies
- Ensure tickets are responded to within set SLA’s
- Support all user desktops, laptops and peripherals
- Configure and deploy all end user hardware
- Maintain hardware inventory, asset tagging etc
- Ensure systems are kept up to date with relevant security patches
- Basic server administration – including folder administration and permissions
- Ensure adherence to existing IT policies and support any new ones
Must have
- Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Demonstrable knowledge of PC hardware
- 1 Year+ working in desktop support (candidates with no past work experience in a similar role won’t be considered).
- Applicable IT education
