After obtaining the Degree in Sociology, I started working for a group of hotels in the center of Rome where I learned, practically from scratch, the work of a Front Desk clerk with excellent consents from both the employer and the guests of the structure.
In my 14 years of experience, both at the Front Desk and in the Booking office, I have perfected my language skills (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese) and my skills in the field of Incoming. I have excellent problem solving and teamwork skills.
I have acquired excellent knowledge of the Office package and of some Channel Managers (Parity Rate, Figaro, Blastness) and PMS (Nuconga and WebHotel, both of the Evols company).
