Job Title: Customer Service 

Location: South West London

Salary: £20/22.000 depending on experience

Contract: Full-time & Permanent contract / immediately available

Our client is an established Italian producer of blends of coffee, supplying Ho.Re.Ca channels as well as private consumers.

Key Skills required:

  • Experience of Customer Service – Essential
  • Good Attention to details – Essential
  • Knowledge of Sage line 50 or 200 –  Essential
  • Speaks Italian – Desirable

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Full Call List management (calling customers, taking customers’ orders, follow up on orders, updating and managing customer database)
  • Main point of contact for incoming calls
  • Promoting new offers / upselling/ monthly promotions
  • Processing Orders, creating invoices on SAGE 50
  • Sending/posting customers’ invoices and statements
  • Preparing, packing and boxing customer’s order
  • Processing new customer’s application, Welcome pack.
  • Liaising with drivers and couriers (Interlink & others); about delivery changes
  • Carry out weekly stock count, maintaining stock record
  • Assist with placing supplier orders
  • Assist with incoming supplier’s deliveries
  • Assist with credit control
  • Assist with customer complaints & any requirements
  • Assist with general Business Duties

This is a small team (3 people) and the person will have the chance to get involved in multiple aspects of the business. The role is perfect for someone with previous customer service experience (office-based) and for someone immediately available.
