Job Role:  Administrator Coordinator /PA

Salary: up to £24K depending on experience

Location: Central London

Contract: Permanent & Full-time


Our client is a West End boutique law firm, specialising in providing a one-stop shop for mainly oversees businesses already based in the UK or wanting to move here. Our client offers legal advice in areas including Property Law, Employment Law, Business Law, Wills Trusts and Probate.

The candidate will act as PA to support the Partners of the company, four in total, as well as he / she will get involved in the coordination of all administration activities:

  • Organising meetings and conference calls;
  • Booking national and international flights, restaurants and hotels;
  • Filing expenses invoices/receipts and preparing expenses claims
  • Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls;
  • Interaction with clients via phone and emails
  • Dealing with couriers to arrange mail service;
  • Organising and ordering office stationery;
  • Copying, scanning and filing documents.
  • Preparing and filing invoices,
  • Bank transfers,
  • Updates of excel spreadsheets,
  • Filing and general admin;
  • Others ad hoc activities requested by the team

Key skills required:

  • Previous experience in admin / PA jobs
  • Italian language skills – this is not compulsory but advantageous
  • Solid problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Experience of working on simultaneous projects
  • Legal background (e.g studies)
